HuntMate | JagMaat provides:

• An online platform for sellers to request a fast estimate for saleable wild game meat
• Indicative estimates and purchase offers based on user-provided information
• Collection coordination services

HuntMate | JagMaat acts as a buyer and logistics coordinator, not a marketplace or intermediary.

3. Estimates, Purchase Offers and Pricing

• All fast estimates are indicative only
• Final pricing is subject to:
• Physical inspection
• Verified weight
• Quality of meat
• Accessibility of collection location
• HuntMate | JagMaat reserves the right to adjust or withdraw estimates or purchase offers

No estimate constitutes a binding agreement. A purchase is confirmed only after a final purchase offer has been issued and accepted by both parties.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information
• That you are legally permitted to sell the game meat
• That all hunting and sourcing complies with:
• South African laws
• Environmental regulations
• Applicable permits and licences

You indemnify HuntMate | JagMaat against any legal breach arising from your actions.

5. Collection and Access

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the collection site.

Delays or failed collections due to access issues may:

• result in revised pricing
• incur additional costs

6. Payment Terms

Payment method will be agreed upon prior to or during collection.

Payment may be subject to:

• final weight verification
• inspection results

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

HuntMate | JagMaat is not liable for:

• inaccuracies in user-submitted data
• delays outside reasonable control
• losses resulting from reliance on indicative estimates

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HuntMate | JagMaat harmless from:

• any claims arising from unlawful hunting or sale
• incorrect or misleading information submitted

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and systems remain the property of HuntMate | JagMaat.

10. Termination

HuntMate | JagMaat may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraudulent submissions, or legal risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
